Delivery Time

Standard shipping within the USA typically takes 4–12 business days (including processing time), depending on your location.
You will receive a tracking number via email once your order has shipped.
Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.

Shipping Rates

Shipping is FREE on all orders over $79.
For orders under $79, a flat shipping fee of $8.95 applies.

Delays

While we aim to deliver on time, delays may occur due to high order volume, postal service issues, or other factors beyond our control. If your order is delayed, we appreciate your patience and will keep you updated.

Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped, you’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking information. You can also track your order on our website.

Wrong Address Disclaimer

It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure the shipping address is entered correctly. We are not responsible for orders shipped to the wrong address due to customer error.

Lost or Stolen Packages

We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages after they have been marked as delivered by the carrier. Please ensure that the shipping address provided is accurate and that someone is available to receive the package. If the carrier’s tracking indicates that the order has been delivered but you cannot locate it, we are unable to offer a refund or reshipment without an additional payment. If the package is confirmed lost by the carrier, we will assist in filing a claim or arranging a replacement.

Additional information

If a customer error in shipping address is made during the checkout process (eg, incorrect/incomplete address), So Fashion reserves the right to charge a reshipment fee which corresponds with the shipping method valid with the shipping address for the order.
So Fashion is not responsible for lost or stolen packages after delivery or packages delayed in transit.
