Where do you ship orders?

So Fashion ships orders within the United States and U.S. territories.

How long will my package take to arrive?

Orders are shipped out within 1-2 business days, and transit time usually takes 2-10 business days, depending on your location.

Are public holidays considered in the delivery time?

Shipping days do not include public holidays.

Will there be a shipping delay during sales periods?

There may be a delay of up to 2 days during our sale periods.

How much does shipping cost?

Shipping is free on all orders over $79.
For orders under $79, a flat shipping fee of $7.49 will apply.

Do you offer free shipping?

We offer FREE shipping on orders above $79. The discount is automatically applied in the shopping cart.

Can I track my order?

Yes, you can easily track your order.
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number.
You can also track your order anytime by clicking on the “Track Your Order” link in our main menu.

What should I do if I have issues with my shipping address?
