What items are eligible for return?
So Fashion accepts returns of unworn clothing items with original tags and clear garment packaging with the SKU label.
How do I initiate a return?
Go to the Help menu and select “Start Return” to begin the return process. If you need any assistance, feel free to contact us via Live Chat — we’ll be happy to help!
When does the 14-day return window start if I receive a split package order?
The return window starts from the delivery date and time of the final package in a split package order.
What happens if I return an item that does not meet the return criteria?
Orders returned without meeting the criteria are subject to a 20% restocking fee or the return may be declined entirely.
Are shipping and handling charges refundable?
Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable.
Who is responsible for return shipping costs?
Return shipping is usually paid by the customer. If you request a refund to your original payment, return shipping costs apply, and the original $7.49 shipping fee (for orders under $79) is non-refundable.
If you choose Store Credit, we provide a prepaid return label, so return shipping is free, but the original $7.49 shipping fee is still not refunded.
Exceptions:
For damaged items, manufacturing defects, or wrong shipments, we cover all return shipping costs and refund the original $7.49 shipping fee..
Will I receive a notification after my return is processed?
Yes, So Fashion will email you after the return has been processed to confirm what has been done.
What items are not eligible for return?
Final sale items and non-returnable categories include bodysuits, intimates/lingerie, and swimwear.
Do I need to submit photos for returns?
Yes, some return reasons will require a photo submission. Please submit clear photos showing the issue.
