We hope you love your purchase from So Fashion, but if something isn’t quite right, we offer flexible return and exchange options.
What is Checkout+?
Checkout+ is an optional upgrade at $1.98 per order that gives you extended return windows (30 days) and free return shipping, covered by our partner Redo.
Return Conditions
We accept returns of unworn clothing with original tags and clear packaging, with the SKU label still attached.
Return request deadlines:

Standard Checkout orders must be submitted within 7 days of delivery (based on tracking).

Checkout+ orders must be submitted within 30 days of delivery.
If your order arrived in multiple shipments, the return window begins from the date the final package was delivered.
Items must be shipped back to us within 7 days (for Standard Checkout orders) or 30 days (for Checkout+ orders)of submitting your return request.
Returns that don’t meet the criteria may be subject to a 20% restocking fee or may be denied.
Refund Options & Shipping Costs
There are two return options available - for Standard Checkout orders:
1. Refund to Original Payment Method
Return shipping is the customer’s responsibility.
We will deduct the $7.49 original shipping cost (for orders under $79) from the refund.
You will receive a refund for the returned items only.
2. Store Credit (Free Return Shipping)
We will provide a prepaid return label.
The original shipping fee of $7.49 (if applicable) is not refunded.
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will issue a store credit equal to the item(s) returned.
Store credit can be used for your next purchase.
To choose this option, select Store Credit when submitting your return, or contact us for assistance.
For Checkout+ orders:
For Checkout+ customers, returns are completely free.
Customers can choose to receive their refund as store credit or back to their original payment method.
Start a Return
To start a return, please visit our Return Portal from the main menu, or contact us via email or live chat — we’ll be happy to assist you.
Exceptions – Our Mistake or Defect
If you received a damaged item, a product with a manufacturing defect, or we shipped the wrong item, we will cover all return shipping costs regardless of the refund method you choose.
Additionally, if you paid the $7.49 shipping fee when placing your order, we will fully refund that amount to your store credit.

Exchanges
We offer free exchanges for the following cases:
The same item in a different size.
A replacement of the same item (same size) if it arrived defective or damaged.
A different item.
Request an Exchange
To request an exchange, please follow these steps:
Visit our Return Portal
Go to the Return Portal and start your return request.
Select “Exchange” as the return reason.
For a damaged or defective item, select the relevant issue and upload clear photos as requested.Receive a Free Return Label
To exchange a size, please select the appropriate reason (e.g. "Need a different size").
After you submit your request, you will receive a prepaid shipping label to return the original item.
Send Back the Item
Please ship the item back using the provided label. We’ll notify you when we receive and inspect it.
Get a Replacement
Once your return is approved, we will ship out the replacement item at no cost.
Processing Time
Returns are processed within 5–7 business days after we receive your package.
You’ll receive an email confirmation once your return is complete.
