How do I create an account in your store?

Click the profile icon in the top right corner of the screen if you're using a computer.
If you're on a mobile device, open the menu (☰) and scroll down to tap the profile icon at the bottom of the screen.

How can I change or cancel my order after placing it?

Changes or cancellations can only be made before the order is processed. Please contact our customer support as soon as possible.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept secure payments via Shop Pay, PayPal, and major debit and credit cards (Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover).

With Shop Pay, you can also use accelerated checkout and, in some cases, split your payment into interest-free installments (if available in your region).

PayPal allows you to pay easily and securely without entering your card details directly on our site.

How do I use a promo code or coupon?

Promo codes and coupons can be entered in the corresponding field at checkout. Make sure the code is active and applicable to your order.

How do I choose the right clothing size?

We provide size charts for each product category on the product pages. It is recommended to refer to these charts before making a purchase.

How can I check if a product is in stock?

Stock information is updated in real-time on our website. You can also contact us for additional information.

What is Store Credit and how does it work?

Store Credit is a refund option that allows you to receive the value of your returned items as a credit instead of money back to your original payment method.

If you choose Store Credit:
We provide a free return shipping label.
Once we receive and inspect your return, we issue a Store Credit equal to the item(s) returned.
If you paid a $7.49 shipping fee, it won’t be refunded, but you won’t pay for return shipping.
Store Credit can be used for any future purchase at sofashion.store and never expires.

How do I use my Store Credit?

At checkout, simply check the box labeled “Apply Store Credit” before completing your purchase. The available credit will be automatically deducted from your total.

If you don't see this option, make sure you're logged into the account associated with your store credit.

How can I check my Store Credit balance?

Log in to your account and click on the "Profile". There, you'll see your available Store Credit balance displayed on your account page.
