how to tan with fair skin

It is very difficult to refuse sunbathing in the summer. The rays not only relax, but also leave behind a seductive chocolate tan. True, not everyone can boast of the latter. How, for example, to tan people with fair skin? After all, for them, contact with the sun is a lottery. Even a few extra minutes may be enough for the epidermis to turn purplish red and start to hurt.

How to tan a person with fair skin?

Immediately I want to say that fair skin is not a reason to put an end to a beautiful tan. There are several rules. It is enough to adhere to them regularly, and by the end of the summer no one will even guess that in front of him is a blond man:

  1. Sunburn is obtained as a result of exposure of the body to ultraviolet rays. So that such contact does not become stressful for the skin, before going to the beach, you can carry out several short procedures – for a couple of minutes, no more – in the solarium.
  2. Before going to sunbathe, people with fair skin should never wash themselves with soap, apply perfume or toilet water. All cosmetics and perfumes can only increase the sensitivity of the epidermis to the sun. Do not overdo it with oils or tanning sprays.
  3. It is very important to sunbathe at the “right” time. The most aggressive sun from 11.00 to 16.00. During this period, it is best to be somewhere indoors or under a canopy. And keep in mind that beachwear is not a “panacea” – they can miss a small percentage of ultraviolet light.
  4. As soon as possible, people with fair skin will be able to tan if they constantly change their position. Ideally, this should be done every ten minutes. Movement is very useful – playing volleyball, for example – it helps to increase blood circulation and at the same time speed up the metabolic process.
  5. It is not recommended to spend too much time in the water. The water surface reflects the rays of the sun, while enhancing their negative effect. Just in case, after each bath, you should apply a cream on the body. It will help moisturize the epidermis and protect it from ultraviolet radiation.
  6. Don’t forget to take a shower after the beach. Fresh water will cleanse the skin and prevent peeling. After that, you can apply olive oil to the body – to soften.

How to get a tan in a solarium or in the sun for fair-skinned people with a diet?
